Taking Payments Online...

All tenants at The CopyCat are required to make all payments to The CopyCat Building LLC by electronic means after February 20, 2016.  

To set up online payments simply do the following.

1.  Send  Frank an email at this LINK requesting to be setup for online payments.
2.  PLEASE included your unit # in the Subject Line of the email (i.e. B104)
3.  Type out your First & Last name, Phone # & Email Address (if not at your computer) in the body of the email.
4.  The reply will come from "noreply@propertyware.com" so check to see if it went info your Junk Folder.  The email reply you get asks you to go to the link in the middle of the email.  Your email address is your User Name.  Create a new Password.  Log out, wait 5 minutes and log back in with new Password and you are ready to set up your banking info.
 
NOTE:  The email link you receive will expire within 12 hours! If your link expires click  THIS LINK  and select Forgot Password to reset.  Same goes if you forgot your password.
